Playbook Media is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to manage sales calls, build relationships with key partners, close deals, and drive business growth. This role is ideal for a new MBA graduate or someone with 2+ years of sales experience who is passionate about sales and eager to contribute to a growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead sales calls to prospective clients, focusing on building relationships and identifying opportunities to meet their needs.
  • Engage with potential clients, uncovering their pain points and offering customized solutions through our products/services.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive mutual business growth.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and partners.
  • Close deals and achieve sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to align sales efforts with broader company goals.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to leadership.
  • Attend industry conferences to generate sales leads and develop partner relations
  • Develop a deep knowledge of digital marketing to leverage for solutions oriented selling
  • Continuously stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product offerings to enhance sales strategy.

Requirements

  • MBA graduate or 2+ years of proven experience in sales (preferably in B2B sales, SaaS, or a related field).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong customer-focused attitude with a desire to provide exceptional service.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM Software
  • Previous experience managing partnerships or working with channel partners is a plus.
